jyya9 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the jyya9 platform. All rules covering account registration, payments, bonuses, and responsible gaming are described here.

3.1 Deposits

To deposit funds at jyya9, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposits are generally processed instantly.
  • No processing fee is charged on deposits.

3.2 Withdrawals

Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Important: jyya9 is committed to preventing money laundering. All transactions are monitored and suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jyya9 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement to use this bonus is 10 times (10x).

  • Bonus eligibility: applies to new account holders on their first deposit only.
  • Withdrawals are not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.
  • jyya9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Specific terms apply to all promotions and bonus offers. It is mandatory to read the detailed terms listed on the promotion page before accepting a bonus. jyya9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

  • Any form of manipulation or fraud in game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
  • Bots, automated software, or any other technical tools may not be used.
  • jyya9 reserves the right to void winnings obtained as a result of a technical error.
  • In the event of a disconnection, the game state will be saved on the server.

5.2 Game Providers

VIP Program and Rewards

jyya9's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Progression to higher VIP tiers is determined based on a player's overall activity and participation. VIP benefits are at the discretion of jyya9 and are subject to change.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at jyya9 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or bonus arbitrage.
  • Playing games using automated bots or software.
  • Money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
  • Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
  • Illegal coordination or collusion with other players.
  • Using a false identity or documents.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Consequences: If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, jyya9 will immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.
